But from a dos/windows background I do know that drivers are an issue. I do use it some at work for our phone system, and I did do a lot of himem=high + other stuff back in the DOS days (yes I am a late 70's kid). Since I grew up with DOS, then Win95, XP and then to Mac OS I am not that familiar with Linux. Throw in lot of ram, use M2 SSD for cache disk and so on. Have a SAN/NAS with Ladp/link aggregation, so my plan are to build with Xeon 4114 lga3647 and Supermicro X11spi-tf mainboard.
